It's been over a week and Ninox still hasn't responded to the return request for my defective mouse...

rymdHmm mine is stiff but usable don't know if the put in an extra stiff button on the left side because most mice use the same switch on both sides but a lot of people are complaining about only the left side so makes me think they use different ones but I like the stiffer click just like I like my keyboards stiff and tactical makes me know I achieved my press.
