Contacted customer support, and according to Gwen, this item is being shipped directly from the vendor. Although looking at the drop it says it will be shipped from Massdrop. Bottom line, instead of offering some type of explanation or at least, we are contacting the vendor, she said she could give me a refund if I did not want to continue waiting. Which was nice in a way, but certainly no way to run a business, especially when it is that business wanting to offer a refund up front without the customer asking for it first... totally unprofessional.
