Both the multi-angle feature and the magnetic base are great choices. It would be nice if the flashlight weighed less, and was better suited for every day carry in a pocket. Because of the weight, I carry mine in my daypack with me during daily travel. Also nice to include two fresh batteries with the flashlight package.
