Nitecore service is NON EXISTENT. I bought a NiteCore light from REI. Love the light, but the lens cracked. I wanted to BUY a replacement (not asking for a freebie) After repeated emails to NiteCore were ignored I stopped by REI. They don't have a contact. (but they sell them?) NiteCore FINALLY replied, asked for serial number which I provided. Twice. Never heard from them again. AVOID NITECORE.

LeftInTheDarkI returned my NiteCore P12 light back to Amazon. The internal switch broke after a few dry runs rendering the light useless and it won't turn on and it never made it to the rifle range. At $59 including the battery I thought it was a great deal but quality -wise Nitecore is inferior to Olight! I just stick with Olight's now for the cheap-er Chinese made lights. I have 5 Olights since 2013 and they have never failed me yet !

c7.62x39Nitecore is still better than ARMYTEK at double the price though, if u want to experience a tue lack of service. Then buy an Armytek. Olight is however my favorite china light.
