A shipping label was created for my order on 11/26 and it wasn't dropped off at UPS until 12/2. Then it sat there for 3 full days before departing. It's now set to deliver on 12/9--two full weeks from when it "shipped" and almost a month after the drop ended. I'm not too pleased about this.
