Is UPS ground really bad at updating tracking information because it appears as though my TM26 was shipped on friday and since then has not moved out of San Jose, CA.

CullenMine is also due Friday, but I've gotten some further updates. This leads me to conclude that the staff at the UPS store opened your TM-26 for a peek, decided they needed to charge the batteries and test it--and now they're having too much fun to send it on. Call the UPS store and if you hear someone making lightsaber noises in the background--you're pretty much screwed.

BarryNevermind. It is near Chicago now.. Maybe they did keep it for an extra few days but decided it was not worth losing their jobs over...
