Received my TM36 today. I was under the impression that it would come with a battery pack. Mine did not. Did anyone receive a battery pack with their TM36 on this order?
Also curious for those that ordered the other models, were they XM-L or XM-L2 versions.

beansEh? The battery pack should come with the TM36, just not fully screwed in. At least, that's how mine showed up. If you didn't get it, it probably means someone screwed up, so just hit up support.

wild_oneJust to clarify, my TM36 came with the bottom section that will hold 4 batteries, but it did not come with a rechargeable battery pack. Are you saying that it should have come with a rechargeable battery pack?

beansI just received my TM11 and it is the XM-L version (2000 Lumens). Still an amazing flashlight!

beansThe TM36 should come with the NBP52 battery pack. If you simply got a 4 18650 cell holder, are you sure you have a TM36? That is what the TM11/15/26 comes with.

Bakermic - thanks for letting us know which version of LED the TM11 came with. Customer service never got me the answer.
