I'm sorry to say, this is a hard pass for me based on the previous one (different model K0-01) I purchased from MD. The button design is poor and the grey cover may actually fall out as it did on mine and others. My charging circuit also has failed, again like others. Tech support / customer support is *nonexistent * so good luck when it breaks.
Note to Massdrop: Please look to another vendor for light drops. This brand is not doing you any favors.

Yes, you offered to repair it for a total cost of up to $25 and only after it was out of warranty. When I tried to contact your company when it was still in warranty I received *no reply*. That $25 is better spent on another company's product. You even said, and I am quoting directly:

JetBeam lights appear to be short lived by design, I guess? I will continue to avoid Jetbeam & Niteye.
It is not 25USD, only4.5USD. the rest is shipping cost.
We offer warranty for the products. Not for the shipping.
If it is out of warranty, we offered the cosr price for repairing,4.5USD.
The DHL shipping to US, Florida is 20USD.
There is another way of Postal Shipping, is 10USD.
It depends on the customers' choice, we dont charged the shipping from our side.
