What is the dead pixel policy? Can we um...pay more to ensure a perfect panel? I am tired of buying LCDs and returning multiple times just to get a perfect panel.

WilzYes please! I would pay 10-15% more if it meant I got a PERFECT panel. No dead/stuck pixels, faulty ports, excessive bleed, etc. So long as it is delivered in that pristine condition, I would not mind paying a bit extra for it. I've RMA'd so many monitors for pixel issues that not having a No Dead Pixel guarantee or full refund policy makes it a very tough choice and possibly regrettable purchase :(
