This is a fantastic monitor, but it is buggy. Using display port 1.2 settings on the monitor causes random jitters effects and brief flashing with Win7 using the AMD 16.11.4 driver and the RX 480. Switching to DP 1.1 on the monitor settings resolves this issue. I'm not sure if this is a driver problem or a defect with the monitors implementation of DP 1.2 as I haven't tried updating yet. Every driver after 16.11.4 AMD has made was broken on Win7 with the RX 480 and the NX-VUE24A because of a display port sleep bug. If the monitor was put to sleep or turned off with the NX-VUE24A, then it lost the connection until reboot. I will update the drivers and check to see if there is still an issue when I get home later.

GiGiedAs of driver 17.6.2 the Win7 sleep bug has been fixed. Turning off the monitor and turning it back on no longer requires a reboot to get a signal. Furthermore, the other problems are fixed.
I highly recommend this monitor as it is the best buy for the money and has no backlight bleed.
