I previously justified the high shipping price with the package most likely being heavier and larger than my previous orders. Large probably due to a bulkier, more protective box for the ink.
However, now I see another, larger drop on inks, with free international shipping. Why is that one free, and this one not? Does the other have the shipping included in the price, since it's more expensive overall?

MikaelHey @Mikael -- The weight for that Mix Free Kit was not setup to properly calculate shipping; it's been updated now. That being said, there is a big difference in the cost of shipping a single item, like a mixing kit, vs. sorting every individual order that is placed for a bundle like this.
Also, we have just switched carriers to DHL for international shipping, which should reduce delivery costs and times for overseas members. Domestically, I've made a special request that our warehouse try USPS Flat Rate so we can reduce shipping costs on heavy items - especially ink and paper.
Thanks for your feedback, we're always working to improve the products and service we offer and your comments are most welcome in helping us to do this.
