54th Massachusetts and Black Swan in English Roses are both fantastic inks that I use regularly. Bay State Blue is uncontested as the most vivid, retina-searing blue ink you can buy, but it feathers pretty badly on most papers and will instantly stain anything it touches. The pens are good for their price point, but expect them to need a bit of tinkering to get the nib and feed adjusted just right.
