Mark I believe that Massdrop is acting in violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. It's effectively been a month long bat and switch campaign.
In good faith I preordered specific inks which are in production and relied on assurances that I would receive those products. I do not want a refund, but specific performance as I am due under Florida law.
Please contact me directly to resolve this issue. I will be filing a complaint if I don't here from you before Friday.

We have contacted you directly and provided resolution options to you. A refund is available, as well as substitutions. If you wish for a third option of waiting for Noodler to make more of your desired colors and ship those when they're ready, email nelson@massdrop.com and he'll arrange it for you.
In terms of being "lied" to, my original statement clearly stated:
"Reported stock/inventory levels weren't accurately communicated to us, leading to overselling of certain ink colors."
If you hover over the (star) next to your name, you can see that you were the 67th participant in the drop and AZBennett was the 61st. When products are unexpectedly out of stock they're fulfilled with priority going to earlier orders.

MarkEven though this drop ran into difficulties, I would like to thank you for being reactive and honest in answering everyone's questions and not losing your cool. It should also be mentioned that there is now tracking information on the transactions page for this item.

MarkPlease contact me offline. I want to work out a reasonable compromise, but your substitutions are not equal to what was advertised. I have a right of specific performance when reasonable.
Let's stop arguing in public and see if we can find common ground.
