Just got mine today after a long wait due to Chinese new year.
Unfortunately the brown bottle broke .
And I do think it is because of the poor packing:no bubble paper,only air bag on top and bottom but no sideway support,and the bottle that broke was at the side of the package.
Please improve your ink packing so more international customer can enjoy your deals.Currently your packing is not suitable for international transport of ink.
Hey @DeathWatch -- I think I saw the Customer Support was handling this, but please let me know if you haven't yet received a refund or replacement bottle. Sorry for the breakage, and thank you for letting us know. Because of comments like this, we are looking into better ways of packaging ink. Our logistics team and warehouse have been working on this and I think we're close to finding out if the solutions they've come up with are going to be better than...this.
Thanks again for posting this and giving us the opportunity to improve. We'll keep trying.
