Can I remove all the key switches and replace it with Cherry MX switches? Would the keyboard still function afterwards? I have a QuickFire Rapid that died on me a couple of months ago, that's where I'll get my switches.

AxialI never did or thought about that, and wont google for you, but i would say yes. You might read and compare this diagramms etc. http://www.kailh.com/en/products.asp?Categoryid=113&rel=15 and http://cherryswitches.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2012/11/Tastenmodule_MX_S67_S70_S711.pdf

Makamiaiite, thanks. I think if I could do it, it would be a great deal. Keyboard looks great and it's priced the same as a used rapid.

AxialI am assuming this one is also plate mounted. But doubt the holes for the switches on the plate and holes on the pcb will match. Or the distance between plate and pcb might not be the same. But they might be. Geekhack will have some info im sure. Or deskthority.
If it wasnt for the $27 shipping and possible customs I would order this just to try the switches.

AriGoldI found this. It says "it is pin and dimension compatible with keycaps, PCBs, and plates designed for Cherry-brand MX switches."
https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=56405.0
I'll continue to look into it.
