Not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but one of my keycaps just broke at the stem. It still sits properly but there's a big chunk missing out of one of the sides of the +. Pretty surprised since it was on the right windows key and I don't press that often at all.
It was a black ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) key, been in use since Nov 2016.

It's a bit of a joke that I ordered in May, Massdrop messed up and I'm still waiting for communication about my replacement order while other new orders appear to have been fulfilled weeks ago...

I patiently waited for the worst case scenario I was given - 3 working days for packing and 2 working days to receive shipment confirmation. 9 working days later and still no communication of any kind...

I have bought these for my keyboard at work and they are already show damage at the sides, BUT I do have to add, I'm a programmer and they keycap that is fading is the shift key that is being used LOTS so it depends on your usage.

Pinchiethey took two months to ship to me last time,
Then they only gave me two keys instead of all three.
It's been another two months and i'm still waiting, they just hit me up and told me it would be several more weeks as they had just made contact with the company.
