The fact that NPKC cannot even post proper photos of the product they are attempting to sell shows that they are lazy and complacent when it comes to offering all the available information to their consumers. We should not have to scroll through pages and pages of comments to find links to various images provided by fellow consumers themselves. There is no excuse for a vendor to provide such poor service to possible consumers.

Massdrop's email on 1/30 said we'd get an update on the status of this drop by end of day 2/21, but I never received anything. Maybe I missed something. Has anyone else heard anything?

Thank you for contacting Massdrop Community Support and we apologize for the in updating you on the status of your order. I have brought this to the attention of our logistics team and they are looking into what is going on. We will be in touch once we have the updated information. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
I received this email after (I'm pretty sure it went out to everyone):
Awaiting confirmation! We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse.Expect another update from us on 3/14 or sooner if something comes up.If you have any questions, please visit our Help Center (https://massdrop.com/helpcenter).

PSA: Try not to drop the blank blue gradient caps unless you love color matching and solving nightmarish jigsaw puzzles

Why the heck aren’t there ANY photos of printed caps? How are we supposed to know what those look like?

chirmerBecause NPKC is an established manufacturer with many drops in the past, I assume. I think they are assuming people will look up more photos if they want more, but it probably would have been a good idea to include printed photos.

Great! That still doesn't obligate them in any way to offer ISO on a group buy when they're marketing primarily to the US.
