No updates since the 26th of may. The last update was "the item is ready for shipment".
Nothing since then.
Is that normal ?

Beige & Black on the old code. Keycaps feel pretty good, solid...they don't feel cheap or flimsy despite the cheap cost. Besides the boring font, the only issue I have, and it's significant...the space bar won't attach right. The 2 plastic cherry connection points on each side of the stabilizer are too small. There is no friction so they are just too loose. In fact, all the keys that have stabilizers are like this but it doesn't cause a problem until you get to the extremely long space bar, where it becomes a big problem. Trying to think of a remedy. Any suggestion appreciated. Sure I can figure something out, the fact I have to is frustrating

Hallelujah, there is ACTUAL movement in shipping this morning! Says my keycaps are in town, which usually means arrival within the day. No new updates will mean wait is over (almost said happy ending, but that didn't seem quite right)

I bet they will be there Monday. Basicallly, there was no sign of movement until the day they arrived. Shipping started on the west coast. I got mine sooner because I'm in Phoenix. I think the wait is almost over mang:) but yeah, I get the frustration

Everyone's order is stuck at Massdrop's "shipping partner" facility for almost 2 weeks. WTF! Guess I'll need Paypal to step in again, since that's the only way to get any answers from Massdrop.

Assuming you used paypal to pay for your order, just simply open a claim with Paypal.
They always reply to paypal quickly because if they don't, Paypal will suspend their account until they satisfy Paypal's guidelines.
If there's no movement by Monday, I will file a claim.

HangYeah Im waiting till June 6th (2 months after order) if nothing has happened im going to do something as well. Its honestly ridiculous as this point

What gives...been watching paint dry for a damn week with this shipping and this is after the delay and everything else! I get an update with tracking info on 5/15/20 saying "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item,
LOS ANGELES, CA 90012". Been watching now for 10 (additional) days and my package isn't moving! Way to go Drop, u gained and lost this customer in one fell swoop. why oh why didn't I listen to the complaints

jo3m4m4Same here same here, I ordered my APRIL 6TH!!!! 49 days of waiting. My keycaps on my current keyboard are going out and my capslock key just straight up broke so I have no caps lock key and bought these as replacements. 49 days of waiting is worse than buying something from china and getting it shipped to my door. They also lost me as a customer

Toms88000my tracking says usps is still awaiting item. I ordered these april 6th and they said to ship out the may 13th... then it got delayed after waiting a month, and it still not being here 5 days after shipping is pretty annoying. Honestly this is my first time (and last time) buying from drop

HangI think these shipped from China on May 16th. Tracking will be updated when they arrive at USPS.
