I wonder if it would be possible to add LEDs for backlighting using this PCB or not? If not, would I be able to add LEDs without this PCB?
Also, could anyone link the stabilisers required for the larger keys?

I think it might be built to accept LED backlighting. I'll add it to the list of things to check.

For stabilizers, I think these should work : http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/index.php/products/keyboard-parts.html
You will need the inserts, the spring, and the plate mount. Again, since I don't have the actual product, I can't verify that they will work.
