Tester just arrived. Is there any way to identify which switch is which, though? New to the MKB world; the best I've found is going on the picture in the description, but that still doesn't let me know which colored switch is which type.
Any ideas?

I have the same question. Device is kind of useless without this information. Any help appreciated.

White body is Gateron. Black body is either Cherry MX or Kailh. If you look closely, you can see "Cherry" and a logo of 3 cherries on the black plastic part of Cherry MX switches, just next to the colored stems.
The color of the stem tells you the type of switch. Brown stem on a Cherry MX switch is a Cherry MX Brown, for example. It may be difficult telling white and clear apart. White clicks, similar to Blue, but with a stiffer spring. Clear feels like Brown with stiffer spring (and a more pronounced bump).

+1.
Using theimmc's comments to go by, the top 2 rows (top 4 and then the first three on the second row) are the Cherry MX switches. The 4 keys around the bottom and right side perimeters are the Kailhs. The first three (starting from the left) in the 3rd and 4th row (starting from the top) are the Gaterons. They placed the actual switch colors differently than in the picture, however.
