A Tudor rip off, with the snowflake hands. No thanks...

GES11TJust think of this watch as satisfying your Tudor cravings. Or as patient 1 with Tudor being patient 0. Plus the difference you saved in buying this would add to your watch fund to purchase a Rolex OP, Omeg AT, et al.

GES11Tjust because the hands are similar does not make it a rip off. The tudor watches are ugly as fuck this watch is very nice.

Loloman61Replying to your original question which you edited out, " Please name several affordable dive watches that isn't a rip off? " Here you can see my diver collection at different price points, none are rip offs or even homages.

GES11TCongratulations. But if you're here to denigrate the watch go somewhere else.

Loloman61Certainly not, I was simply voicing my opinion about companies who takes other people's good work and taking the credit for it. These guys reminds me of Reinhardt, I refuse to invest my hard-earned dollars to such associations.

Loloman61I have that Subamariner but I've also had my eye on that Black Bay Bronze for a while now. Love that brown dial and the unique bronze. Maybe Santa will bring me one if the wife lets him ;-)

GES11TAh, Tudor made a watch with snowflake hands. They're off limits, everybody! No one else can do that! Got it? Only Tudor gets snowflakes hands!

GES11TThese NTH watches explicitly pay tribute to out-of-production designs. These aren't even approaching a "Black Bay ripoff." Did you read a thing in the listing or the manufacturer's website, or just look at the pictures and rush to an uninformed judgment?
Also, thinnest 300m automatic dive watch in the world. Does this company's good, hard work deserve some credit, too?
Smh...

If you're into homages good for you, I'm not. Prefer these: https://www.massdrop.com/buy/maurice-lacroix-les-classiques-automatic-watch

GES11Tum, two of these are rolex (I count tudor as a rolex), so I don't see how they count. These are certainly homages but to call them rip-offs is disingenuous. Not everyone has $10,000 to spend on watches.

JFURY7Black bay 58. FWIW I’ve had an NTH Oberon for years, just picked up a black bay 58. If anything it’s a bit smaller than the Oberon, and of course leagues better in every possible way. Is it 10 times the watch? Probably not. But as expensive as it is, it’s an amazing value proposition: In house movement, 70 hour power reserve, Tudor/Rolex name, and belonging to the privileged category of dive watches with true vintage sizing.

GES11TKind of a narrow way of looking at the subject. Homage watches (and damn near every other category of things requiring design) are what they are--simply one design influenced by another. No plagiarism (or "rip-off") implied or intended. You'd be surprised at the number of people who can't afford a Rolex 1655 but would be willing (and able) to spend $500-ish on a Steinhart Ocean Vintage GMT (I might be one of them...). If we take your criticism and example further, one might imagine you'd turn down a Factory Five 289 USRRC Roadster because it's a "rip-off" (your term) of Carol Shelby's original? Not that I'm offering you understand; just pointing out the limitations of taking one's opinions too far...

On the chance that you're not totally offended by this little rip-off number, you can pick yours up here: https://www.factoryfive.com/roadster/289-usrrc/
