Ok so these cost 50 dollars on Amazon (US) and have pretty good review. On Amazon it has 4.3 stars with 11 reviews.
Here is a review by techradar. http://www.techradar.com/reviews/optoma-nuforce-be2-wireless-earbuds
And here's another one from slashgear. https://www.slashgear.com/optoma-nuforce-be2-earbuds-review-premium-quality-with-budget-cost-22496259/
One more from Android Police. http://www.androidpolice.com/2017/09/04/optoma-nuforce-be2-review/
All of these reviews praise the BE2 earbuds. It seems it lacks a bit in comfort, but makes up for it in battery life and sound quality. The quality is not amazing, but it's better than other Bluetooth earbuds in it's price range supposedly. I don't own these so don't shoot me if you don't like them.

JyriHi, I'm having an issue with my headphones and i would like to contact customer support, but when i go to the Nuforce website it doesn't give me the option of contacting from America, how do I go about contacting Nuforce with warranty requests? Thanks
