JyriI've been unsuccessful getting these to work with either the pixel or pixel 2. In both cases they pair with the 'no media' issue. I've tried the workarounds including the 3 finger reset. I've tried forcing avrcp versions in dev tools. I've tried resetting the phone entirely. No luck. Unless I am missing another workarounds, they simply do not function on these devices.

PaxxI've been having the same issue. I contacted Google Help services and they came to a conclusion that it was the manufacturer's fault (NuForce). I tried every other phone and it worked fine. Only one I have issues was my Pixel 2. It always showed a No media issue )):
