Sounds good when it works. Even when I'm sitting still, it drops out, and when I'm walking, I can go for 30 seconds or more with no sound because of that. I contacted MD support about it, and they directed me to NuForce support, but I've heard nothing from them. The battery life is indeed short, but that's not the deal breaker... the drops are. Using a Samsung S8, so not an old phone either- my Southwing from 10 years ago has better luck staying connected.

ChuckDeeUpdate: Finally heard from support, and they did RMA the headphones. Will update on my experience with the second set.

ChuckDeeSent in my RMA, and FedEx shows it delivered. Contacted support to ask about the timetable after they'd had it for a week, was asked for FedEx number and gave it and the label that they had sent me in response. Have heard nothing. Tried to contact the support person several times over the past couple of weeks, and silence.

ChuckDeeFinally received my replacement. It's having less issues, but still performs worse when exercising (light walk) than my Southwing sa505 from 10+ years ago with my s8. Disappointed in the purchase.
