Sound Quality was amazing but had an issue and had to contact support
The Quality of the product and the sound was so good. I literally had a person stand behind me and was not able to listen his voice. But the final thing is my right piece was defective and was experiencing some static when i move. Finally called support and in the process of swapping the product. Hopefully everything turns out well this time.

Darshan_rvDarshan_rv, Did you get your issue resolved? I have an issue with my right earbud as well, almost no audio, only some slight treble. I have a request in, but have not heard back in a few weeks.
