The problem is that NUFORCE earphones are fragile. They won't survive a long time. So, enjoy them the first days you get them. Otherwise, nice price.
I am sorry to hear you feel this way. Our defect rates are below industry average. I would also like to highlight that for the NE800Ms for example we give 1 year warranty, and if the earphones fail during the warranty period we will replace those. - Jyri/NuForce

You would need to follow Massdrop´s service policy. According to their terms: "Massdrop will request for the product to be sent back to a specified return address (which will be provided to you via email). Upon receipt of the defective product, Massdrop will make every effort possible to ensure your satisfaction by shipping you a replacement product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping if a request is submitted after two weeks of receiving the item."
