Just to give a brief update to everyone...
While the previous Primo8 drop was for the B-stock, the current drop is for brand new units which we are manufacturing now. The units come with same accessories as before while there are small improvements/updates (for example MMCX connectors, earpiece paint quality etc). After we ran the last few drops with Massdrop, we received huge amount of requests that we should continue the product as especially with Massdrop´s price point the Primo8 offers amazing value for a 4 driver IEM. So, here we are. Hopefully the drop is successful. If anyone have any questions - please feel free to write below.

Less style of music more what dac/amp they are paired with and what your sound preference is. these are very mid-centric iems generally speakin.

get a portable dac/amp like a fulla 2 or dragon fly. To be honest I can't recommend anything with the balance armature without a portable dac/amp.

I have joined the drop in Aug 2016. What is the improvement of this batch over my pair? I experienced some weird sound in the very first few hours, but it disappeared after some fix.

The molding is 3d printed now the new mmcx connector is more "robust". even though the cable is improved I would still recommend replacing the cable of any IEM unless it comes with a blue dragon or somethin.

the sabre DAC in the v10 actually seems pretty decent but the amp(sound card) seems like a run of the mill "audiophile grade" tech.

Jyri, I received mine yesterday and tried them on this morning, and actually I am still listening right now as typing messages. The sound from right channel is on and off when I turn my head or move at certain angle. Where should I get the contact info? Another questio, so now they ask me to ship back the box including all accessories because they dont have additional cable. They want to swap a new one for me, but I'll have to pay the shipping. just wanted to know if this normal situation? It makes me fill that my new earphone got a bad cable and I need to pay extra money to have them swappe. Sounds like my fault?

Thank you Jyri. I know it sounds stupid but I shipped the whole box back the day you replied me (I thought you would reply several days later or longer). And I believe the earphone arrived Optoma this Monday. I just received the email today saying the cable will be sent to me but not swap. Just wanted to be sure my earphones Hines will be shipped back to me right?

I received my Primo8's from the June drop this week, and am very pleased. I primarily use them with my iPod and would like a cable option that does not have the microphone. What do you recommend? I did not see any reference to replacement cables of any type, with or without the microphone on the Nuforce website. Should I find that I need for a replacement cable, how do I go about acquiring one from Nufoce? Thanks.
