my set of primo 8s started having issue where the sound intermittenly chops off, seems like the connection to the individual drivers in the housing is flaky since sometimes the high frequency cuts off while the rest is still there. Is there customer support that I can contact about this? Having a problem like this develop within 2 weeks does not bode well for build quality

ocamltoeI am also having this issue. It only exists for my left channel, right is perfect.
I'm not sure what's causing it either. During the first week, the left drivers would cut maybe once or twice a day, and very briefly. At first I thought it was an issue with my source, but after the first week, it began cutting out at least every thirty minutes.
Both connectors are pristine, can't see any dirt or grime in the way. Apparently the initial review units for the Primo 8 had this issue, and that was several years ago.
