LewtzI just received my keeb today, with Cherry switches and pre-assembly.
I have the same problem as you with the right shift key, and am waiting on my Miami Taihao Keyset (https://www.massdrop.com/buy/tai-hao-miami-keycap-set) but I have a feeling I will be missing some keys to fit in (@ right shift key).
Currently my Franken-ed (along with self-made keycaps) set looks like this:

Edit: it was late last night and my statements nearly did not make any sense.
XcomIf your using that layout with the short shift, you will need to source a small shift separately from somewhere. I'm not using that layout. I'll be using the one without the arrow keys, b/c with the numpad, i have 0 use for the arrow keys and would prefer the standard size shift. you can follow the link in my post and it will show you the optional layouts and whats needed. What your looking for is the 1.75 shift.
LewtzHere is a pretty good budget Keyset called the WinMix Retro Beige DSA Dye-Subbed Keycap Set going on right now, I'd hop on in and give it a shot. The maker is new/untested, (I've never heard of them) but the price is incredible
