Just got my boots today. I was very excited and am still MOSTLY excited. The leather and style are exactly what I was hoping for - beautiful. The one thing that tempered my excitement a bit... there are some dings on my shoes. Not super noticeable, but enough for me to feel less than extremely enthused about my purchase. The ding is on the outer side of the shoe, and it's a definite deep-ish indent. Also, there's some significant wrinkling on the side of one shoe.

Hoping for some advice about this!

dannyoniIs that wrinkling before wearing them? I would say that ding and the wrinkling (if present before) would be enough to warrant and exchange. My pair came with some rough spots, likely from handling, but it buffed out very easily.

dannyoniI would inquire about an exchange just based on the "divot". The wrinkling may be normal with natural leather but I have no wrinkling on my Brown pair.

TootsMassdrop couldn't give me an exchange because shoes didnt come with manufacturer warranty. But they offered a full refund or partial refund for 15 dollars (deemed the dent a defect, but the wrinkling natural with leather). I went with the partial refund because I still really liked the shoes.
