You know what pisses me off the most? I followed the advice of blouie, the buying manager, over someone in the community. I bought a pair in measured size 12 because of the promise that the boots are made 'true to size'.
They're not true to size, my pair is at least half a size too big.

juicetoonI followed a lot of people saying size down 1/2 a size- luckily, I ordered directly from OSB and was able to exchange for the full size (12, incidentally). What color / style is your pair?
