IanAndersonHi Ian, I just ordered the trench boot from Oak Street Boot maker. This is my first purchase on MassDrop. My question is how would I return the boot for any reason such as fit, color etc. Is a return possible or is it a one off? What are my options?

These are made-to-order in many styles that OSB doesn't sell on their site. Since most of these boots are a one-off, exchanges are impossible. That's the nature of having things made expressly for you. The good news is that OSB shoes are available in many locations and there's lots of sizing info out there so learning what size you are shouldn't be too tough.
