So I'm assuming we need to order prescription lenses separately for these glasses?

rechlinI would assume we can take the frames to a local eye doctor or one of the big franchise kind of locations and order lenses. I‘ve never done it though. Hopefully someone who has will let us know.

EricRemillardI've done this before with some Oakley lenses I purchased off of eBay. Basically the glasses come with clear lens and you give them to your eye doctor. They then will gets your prescription lens and cut/grind them to fit the frames. Its the same process they do for any other frames they sell, except they miss their profit cut from also selling you the frame.

If the frame has special Oakley lens designed in such a way that your local shop can't make, they send them to California at an absurd price, my lenses for some of my frames cost nearly $250 each = $500 for both eyes prescription.
I now try to avoid such frames sadly.
