Received mine on 9th Jan. The box was not in a good condition but the casing and the glasses is in good condition, no damage whatsoever.

RexzsMine arrived with a very loose right arm, that flops up and down and allows them to routinely fall off my head. Not pleased.

Kirkwallthat my friend is a product failure. You need to address this to Massdrop. I personally can accept if the box is not in a good shape but not the product itself. Hope you get compensated. :)
