Obaku Denmark Utrolig Automatic Watch

I am actually very annoyed with this drop. I ordered the umber but got the cognac instead. I have emailed massdrop for a period of over 2 plus weeks and they refused to answer my queries. I keep getting generic answers can someone please help me out. I want a refund

Received mine today. Nice watch overall. However I ordered the cognac but got the umber. I'm not that disappointed though. The black trim around the hands gives them a thinner appearance, which I think is more fitting to this watch.

My order was delivered on Monday. It is as pictured and I like it. However, the package arrived with a tan leather strap on the watch, a black leather band and ANOTHER tan leather strap - no mesh band. I reported it immediately (via this website) and got an autoreply that it was referred to another "department." I suggested that they ship a mesh band and a return label for the duplicate leather strap. NO REPLY. NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT. Crickets . . . . .
