This is a follow-up to my review posted yesterday. I am pleased that Drop authorized an RMA the same day with no hassle after I described the problems I was having with the keyboard. I am disappointed with Obinslab for shoddy hardware, but I Drop has done all that I could have asked as a middleman in this transaction. Also, kudos to James Pontius for helping me get the refund and providing information about the return of the keyboard.
