New from Barcelona-based design company Octaevo, this slim notebook brings a bit of luxury into your everyday writing routine. The screen-printed cotton cover lends a pleasant tactile feel, and the front cover measures about half an inch shorter than the back cover to offer a glimpse at the paper inside. The first page illustrates the paper type with gold embossing (either lines, a dot grid, or a big “X” for plain paper), and the plain, uncoated pages that follow perform well with a variety of pens and pencils. A final thoughtful detail? The staples along the binding are colored to blend seamlessly with the cover.
