Not a bad product overall for the price, The draws stick a bit (require a bit of force to pull open), but the product overall is comfortable to sit on and use. I bought it for my father as a Christmas gift and he enjoys it immensely.

I agree with other user... I would change the lower drawer guides and I'd also bump up the quality of screws to a stainless steel bolt. I think that the hex can strip out.

Honestly this little thing is insanely useful. I use it all the time for working on my motorcycles now, and have no idea how I got by with my little folding chair prior to having this. I love the fact you get drawers to put the tools you're actively using right at your finger tips instead of jockeying to your box back and forth. I was afraid the casters would be too small and prone to getting bound up from crap on the floor, but have found them to be pretty good so far. The padding and seat itself is quite comfortable and I find sitting on it for 2+ hours no problem. Assembly was pretty straight forward and easy, only part that gave me grief was the lower cup holder portion. You don't get a lot of clearance to get a hex in there to tighten the bolts, it's possible, just a slow process. I didn't wind up using the included lock washers as they're useless for actually retaining bolts, and instead opted for thread lock on every bolt. Rated this thing 4/5 stars for 2 reasons: The lower drawer isn't on any rail system and is prone to bind up if you're not gentle with it, I wish they would've just used the same rail they used for the upper drawer. The paint on the bottom of the seat came pretty scuffed up. I didn't think it was a big enough deal to return it or anything, especially since it was on the bottom where I'd never really see it again, but it was a bit of a bummer to open something new in box only to have it already a bit beat up. All that said the seat is AWESOME and I'd definitely buy it again.
