Thin, and cap is too loose

I like this fountain pen and I have used it for a while. What's good: Looks good and works properly. Slides smoothly when writing. What's not so good: It is too thin for me. It would feel better a thicker grip for more comfortable writing. The other problem is the cap: It fits loosely. When closed, it moves for about a millimetre. It was not like this when it was new, but the first time you press too hard to put the cap back on, it will stay loose forever.
