The pens are Awesome! From the time you pick one with the feel you get in the hand and how easily it glides on paper, you can tell that these pens are quality. This is not just one pen tested. All the pens proved to be consistent with ink discharge. I am satisfied with my buy. I hope others who took part got the same experience.

I love these for writing, with a little doodling. Unsure if I really needed the best these are what I would go with, but for the price they are great to have around.

I love these pens! I purchased the fine point .4mm ones in black and they're great. They write nice, last a long time and I have nothing bad to say about them. I'll be buying them again.

Although they are listed as .3mm they write more like a .5 and the line quality is spotty. If you try to use them at any angle other than straight up and down 90 degrees To the drawing surface the tip tends to catch and give an incomsisten line. Better off getting a pilot V5 honestly (yes I know it’s not a thing eye technicsl pen but these really aren’t either)

It says waterproof on the pens but none of them are, I doubt it's the paper since all my other waterproof pens do just fine on the same paper. I have been fooled before buying pens online ( not from massdrop) and gotten fakes, I dunno if these are fakes or if they just are shit.

TeddixThank you for your review. Aside from the waterproof - how are the other factors of the pens?

Will not buy again.
While the ink is nice, and often lays down as expected, the flow of the ink coming out during drawing remains inconsistent. This leads to inconsistent lines and generally unreliable behavior of the pen (strike 1)
If a pen manufacturer is going to release a set of pens of varying tip sizes that LOOK exactly the same, then they should clearly label the tip size in large, easy to see numbers on the body of the pen. (strike 2)

vasquezriverI understand OP preferring it go on the body — caps can be mixed up, after all.

Surprised at the poor ink flow on the larger (0.2 and 0.5) pens. Ruined several photo mats with skips and blurs. Wouldn't buy again.

Dried out during the first use, sent a customer service request to Massdrop, no response.
