Product Description
Reminiscent of a mechanical drafting pencil, the OHTO Promecha ballpoint pen is composed entirely of metal. Brass and steel components complement the aluminum barrel, which features a satin finish and a removable SK pocket clip Read More
Good enough build quality for me. Has a nice weight and feel. I only used this pen for taking notes in and doing math homework for two semesters. Served me well as I used up all the ink in the pens.
Only gripe is the ink ran out pretty quickly at least compared to a standard bic pen that I'd use for the same time. Either way it was a far more enjoyable experience as it's not easy to fine a thin ball point pen with good quality that is also relatively cheap.
Wonderful writing instruments. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The pen & pencil sit on my deskpad and are the ones I always reach for. I'm very glad I purchased this drop.
I'm a writer, editor, and technical illustrator, and I go through pens and mechanical pencils like crazy. These have become solid features of my daily work since they arrived. They're light, they write smoothly, and they're fairly cat-proof.
I haven't had to swap out the ink refills yet, but haven't found the endcaps to be problematic. A nice hefty twist keeps them in place.
Mediocre at best. Barrel a little thin. Ink quality is low. I have to keep tightening the bottom where you load the new cartridges. wtf?!?!? The vibration of writing is causing this pen to come undone. Ugh. Good looking waste of money
The pen itself is solid, I love the weight is on the handle.
But the ink itself is cheap and the writing is not smooth at all.
I occasionally use it, but I'm looking for a better ink.
This pen works well, but the top clicker piece did not stay in and flew off, the second day I had it. The pen is fine but I think you should spend your money else where...oh and the customer service sucks, they said it was not a manufactured problem...which I don’t get....
I both this set during the last time it was offered and both pens have failed beyond repair. These do not exhibit the usual quality of OHTO. The pencil still works though. It is too bad, I loved the style and feel of these pens but quality control is extremely poor.
the pens write amazingly well but sadly one of the click tops broke and the top spring is strong enough i can not keep it fixed without gluing the click top back in place which is likely to ruin the pen so i have lost the use off one already. other than that the pens are very nice.
