Starting with 21 oz Japanese denim, Old Blue Co. dies the 100% cotton material deep indigo for the classic jean color. Raw and unsanforized, the jeans will arrive fairly brittle, but they will wear in with use and mold to your form. Meant initially for construction workers, cowboys, and other high impact professions, these jeans are heavy duty enough to withstand not just normal wear and tear, but near anything short of a chainsaw.
Selvedge Army
To bring the jeans together, Old Blue Co. used a purple line selvedge, a button fly, and copper rivets throughout the construction. Showcasing their commitment to quality, there’s even a selvedge seam in the coin pocket. Finished off by 12 oz Okayama red hickory pocket lining, a vegetable tanned and hand stamped horse hide patch, open seam construction, and double felled inseams, the Old Blue Co. 21 oz Raw Jeans are the thickest skin you can climb in and still feel cozy. As the jeans are a slim straight fit with a medium rise, we recommend that you buy your true size or one size up.
