I have not received an update regarding shipment of this item. My account has been charged, but no product. When can I expect to receive this item? Since it has not shipped, when do we get a refund?

luvcobolEmail Massdrop. They'll refund you. They also gave me a $5 credit towards a future puchase. Apparently you have to email them, they aren't handling this proactively.
