Surprise: it’s not as resilient as your old jansport from ‘95
But it’s a great bag. Comfortable without being over the top with that stupid exposed rubber squishy padding On the strap just so you can see what it’s made of. Capacity is a strong, aesthetics are clean. Would recommend/10

amazing bag, tech worthy, retro looks
I love this bag. It has the best of both worlds, practical with great storage for my technical world and the retro looking breaking me out of the technical look that accompanies most bags in this category

I want to say 4/5 but there was one issue I had with my bag. Overall, great backpack for school. The laptop sleeve securely holds my thinkpad and Ipad Pro. Lots of extra space for backing my misc. school items/Lunch. The leather and interior all look very sleek with good build quality. One Problem: The threading has slightly come apart on 2 of my straps. I took a lighter to the end of the thread so hopefully that holds it for awhile. Hopefully the bag doesnt start falling apart if the threading continues to rip and come apart.

It is a nice midsize backpack.
Not the biggest daily pack I have carried, however I would say it has the biggest laptop pocket I have ever had. My MacBook Pro fits in inside the pack while inside of the hard case I keep it in. So if you have the new 16 inch or like size it will fit fine. I would classify this bag as a to and from work bag that will hold all the goodies you need for the day in the office, and probably a lunch as well. As long as your not a forest ranger or your office is in the bottom of a mine, you should be pretty happy with this ballistic Nylon bag. I got the orange one, and in direct light it seems even a bit reflective. So bike riders this may be a plus for you. That’s all I got. Carry on.

Not completely impressed
When I got the bag home it felt like a knockoff of a better bag. It has great pocket options and is overall an okay travel bag. The finishes are cheap and some of the loops fell off right away, which makes the other pieces of the bag closures fall off. Too much to repair after first use.

Lots of storage and water resistant
I bought this pack to replace an Ogio. I carry this bag daily and I'm much happier with the Olympia. The Olympia holds much more than my previous bag but has a smaller profile. All of the storage compartments and pockets are very useable, unlike a lot of other bags I've used. The magnetic closures work well and I prefer them to zippers. I live in a very wet climate and the water resistance is very nice, especially since I usually carry a few electronics with me. So far I have no complaints; however, I would not pay retail for this backpack. For the Drop price, it's great. It's not worth $180.

Great pack great features
I love this backpack! Taller than many in its size range, which is cool for me since i like to carry a synthesizer which fits this bag but too long for most others. I really love the magnetic snaps, so helpful for getting in and out if the bag quickly. And the side zipper, yEs!! This is the first backpack i’ve seen with one that wasn’t a Japanese-style school pack. great product, amazing value at the price. one star off because it doesn’t look like the stitching is super super rugged.

Pretry good for the price.
TL;DR - If you're looking for just a casual bag that sees little wear or strain, this might be the bag for you. If you want something you can take to hell and back, look elsewhere. I was looking for something a little more rugged. I'm a cyclist with a 10 mile commute to work every day. This bag has seen near daily use for about a year and it's starting to give up on me. The stitching that connects the magnet to one of the straps came apart and the magnet was lost ages ago. Definitely seeing some fraying/beginning rips on outer material. Wish the side bottle pockets were a little bigger. Also straps are def not real leather and seem kind of cheap. And maybe I'm being nitpicky but the drawstring closure often gets in the way and wraps around things as you pack. Might not seem like a big deal but with daily use this gets real annoying. Overall not a terrible bag at the price I got it ($45-ish if I remember correctly). And if you're using this as a school bag or light travel bag this will probably do the job. But considering my last bag was a $20 Jansport that lasted me damn near a decade I'm a little disappointed. I will compliment it on two main things though. It is a lovely bag, and I received a lot of attention for how good it looked. Secondly, the waterproof aspect of it is phenomenal. When needed for waterproofing the drawstring comes in handy, and as a cyclist just trying to get home through a rainy night after work, this bag came through for me like that old Jansport never could. But a year in and it's showing signs of giving up, and I'm starting the search for a new bag.

Loose threads everwhere, concern with longevity, will update after use.
There are stray threads on every seam. There are even seams that are only half sewn.
