This is quite a nice camera, now discontinued. I've had one for 3 years & the lens is far sharper than any cheap camera or phone, easy to hold, good zoom ratio, hot shoe for bigger flash or a viewfinder (great in bright sun or when you don't want to annoy others at an event) exceptional in room light or night. It has a fixed lens only, but that's what makes it so compact.

I've got this camera. It was replaced with a Fuji xf-1. I didn't pay but 299 back in 2012 for the xz-1. It's not a bad camera, but I wouldn't touch it for more than 150 bucks or so.

Wow. The camera on my phone, spec-wise at least, takes better pictures. And shoots in 4K... why did this get nominated.

ITJ-Studiolarger sensor and larger aperture means much better low light shots then a phone could ever take. it isn't all about mega pixels.

Great point and shoot camera with full manual control. 1" sensor I believe. Fast lens. Word of caution though, the camera is 6 years old! I have no idea how massdrop got new inventory on this considering that even the ZX-2 (this camera's replacement) is discontinued. I would consider this camera a good buy at $180 or less.

Wow, I have one. It's good for what it is, but it's been out of production for several years now. Small sensor, good lens, good controls and flexibility, very limited video ability. The sensor was ok, not great, even when the camera was in production. Blast from the past.

jonathanb715Seriously; I immediately wondered, "where did they dig this one up". And for 200 bucks, no less.
