Any Yoyo could be a good Yoyo to learn on. Rather, I'd consider the cost of trying something new, and whether you think you'd stick with it. While it is one of OneDrop's budget models, $50 is a big chunk of change to drop on something you might not stick with.
For a first yoyo, I would recommend a YoyoJam Classic. It's a fantastic throw, and it's only $10!
