Product Description
Featuring a variety of colorful rings around the cap, the Opus 88 Fantasia is a great choice for anyone seeking an eyedropper-filled fountain pen. The transparent resin body gives you a view of the ink level, and what really sets the Fantasia apart is its piston-operated shutoff valve Read More
Does anyone have this pen with a fine nib and want to comment on how it writes? I found this review:
https://www.wellappointeddesk.com/2018/07/pen-review-opus88-fantasia-fountain-pen-fine-nib/
Where they say:
“One thing I did notice is that compared to the other two Opus 88 fine nibs in my possession, the Fantasia is the wettest and widest of the three.”
This is a dealbreaker for me because my writing is small, usually requiring an EF nib (unless it’s Japanese sizing).
Other experiences welcome and appreciated
I saw these on sale on EndlessPens for $87.50, it's always confusing to tell which Opus colors are which...I usually confirm with the shop to make sure I'm getting the color I want.
I'm interested in the one labeled as "green" in the photos (actually seems to have an orange barrel). However, the drop down menu doesn't really offer this option as the "green" one in the menu has a dark green barrel instead of the orange one. Is the orange barrel pen not available for this drop?
silverthornneIt would seem there is an error in the product shot. Below are what appears when you choose "Black" and "Green" side-by-side - as you can see, they are the same pen (instead of "body color," the options should be listed under "cap color").
