Love this thing, I already have the all-black leather on the key clip that got released via Kickstarter. Haven’t lost my keys since!

Overall I really like my V2, however, I have one annoyance: the keys are prone to becoming loose with too much slack. This happens because the tensioner, a bent metal disk that presses against the keys at the hinge, flattens down overtime. To fix this I have to unscrew the hinge, take out the disk, and use pliers or a hard surface to put back more of a bend in the disk.

For something so small and light, the shipping cost ranges 18%-28% of the purchase price. Was gonna get one but yeah, that shipping cost...bummer.

I have owned both v1 and v2. The first generation model has a much more reliable and durable closing mechanism. The newer closing mechanism on the current model is easy to overtighten and damage the Orbitkey itself.
The only thing better on the v2 is the metal D loop. It's slightly more accomodating and has smooth edges, so there's less wear and tear on the strap. Other than that, v1 is the far superior model.
