He guys, thanks for voicing your concerns, I'll look into this right away and find out what's up with your orders and why the tracking is malfunctioning.
Thanks Mark. Appreciate it if the tracking numbers would work at all in the first place.
Yeah, we're waiting to hear back from the warehouse, all of the tracking numbers (for every wallet sent out) don't work, so there definitely was some sort of database problem, or label-generation problem, or something of the sort. I'll definitely let you know what I hear back tomorrow.
Mark, any news?
Not to sound overly skeptical, but the absolute lack of response is disheartening.
