Thanks for following up, the day has flown by.
We had a conf call with our courier company and USPS. All first class mail, after jan 1 2014 automatically has tracking included. For a reason we haven't determined yet, the packages and tracking for parcels we shipped during a few days of march/April were using older USPS first class mail codes that don't have tracking.
USPS is looking into it, they can "track" most of it in their internal system. The vast majority of the wallets should have been delivered within 3 days- and they're trying to locate and resolve the "stuck ones".
Will follow up shortly when I get more info and will look into issuing some user credits once a we determine the full extent of the issue and who's affected.

Thanks for the update, mine showed up today. Tracking aside, it still seems weird to me that something shipped out of NJ as first class took 10 days to show up in VA. Also this wallet is top notch. :)

That's great news that yours showed up today. It's absolutely strange/odd that it took 10 days. USPS is a big organization, so they've been slow to give us definitive answers. Their theory is that the old tracking numbers confused some of their sorting machines which ended up causing routing errors of some sort. I still don't have details on which packages have and haven't arrived. I'm happy to just use the honor system, if you have a domestic order that didn't arrive before April 6th, please email support@massdrop.com and we'll give you a $5 credit to your next purchase. International orders, don't have tracking and shouldn't be affected. If you still haven't received yours in the next couple of days, let us know (we don't know who has and hasn't gotten theirs yet). Sigh, what a mess.

Hi Mark - what about orders from Canada? I have also purchased another item through Massdrop, and I'd like to know how deliveries will be handled for Canadian users going forward. I would be less likely to continue to use Massdrop if orders are handled similarly in the future.
